压制力的大小一方面决定了餐具产品的密实度,另一方面也决定了一次性餐具设备成型机的大小,压制力越大,餐具也密实,强度越高,但压制力越大,一次成型的餐具越多,成型机体积就越大,机身越笨重。因此压制力的大小和一次成型的餐具的数量应选择大小适中。

压制应力的大小决定了餐具的密实度。在没有规范或其它参考时,可以参照文献[机械设计手册]中木材的抗压强度来考虑。参照木材的物理力学特性,用木材的抗压强度限度作为参照值。木材的强度限度变化范围比较大,是不同木材的强度不同,二是不同的受力方向强度也不同,顺纹抗压强度都比较高,而横向格外是弦向强度比较低。
